Thelen Kia in Bay City has experienced some changes to our hours during the Stay Home, Stay Safe directive. Our sales associates are currently working from home and can answer your questions. That means you can have all your questions answered about our quality Kia inventory so you can purchase or lease as soon as the restrictions are gone.
We are also able to service your vehicle during this pandemic, as our Sales and Parts Department are remaining open! From 8 am-5 pm on Monday-Friday, you can stop by our dealership to meet with our technicians outside the building. We are keeping up with proper social distancing protocols, as well as maintaining constant sanitation of our facilities and your vehicle while it is being worked on. After the servicing is complete, we will do a full clean of your vehicle and have it waiting for you outside to pick up.
