Kia has introduced it’s exciting all-electric concept car at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show. The ‘Imagine by Kia‘ concept car exhibits eye-catching design paired with innovative electric technology. This all-electric concept was designed to encourage an emotional response that really gets the heart racing!
Kia hopes to help drivers feel more comfortable with the idea of an electric vehicle. Vehicle buyers might be concerned about an electric vehicle’s range and recharging station availability. Another fear for electric vehicle buyers might be whether this type of vehicle will offer an exciting and dynamic drive. Kia hopes to silence those fears with its impressive ‘Imagine by Kia‘ concept.
The visually appealing concept is Kia‘s first purely electric four-door passenger car. This concept is powered by a low-mounted induction-charged battery pack that is used with a compact drivetrain to deliver exceptional performance. Kia aimed to draw from the muscular design of a SUV, the sleek lines of a family sedan, and the spaciousness of a crossover. Drawing from this variety of styles created a concept that is not easily designated into a pre-existing vehicle segment.
The Imagine by Kia concept is not a production vehicle. It is a glimpse into the future of Kia design and capability as it makes exciting progress into electrification. It will be exciting to see if the Imagine by Kia eventually reaches production!
