And we’ll have fun fun fun!
Summertime. It’s the time for road trips, rolled down windows, and letting your hair fly in the wind. We all love summer. Driving to campsites, lakes, and hiking trails are all things to look forward to. But have you ever thought about vehicles that make summer fun? The best vehicles to make summertime even better?

We have! But, then again, cars are our thing.

Vehicles that make summer fun allow you to:
Let your hair blow in the wind
Look up at the stars (unless you’re the driver of course!)
Catch a drive-in movie (yes, drive-ins still exist).
Drive on or off road.

A vehicle that will surely make this summer more fun: the Kia Stinger
The 2018 Kia Stinger sedan is a performance car. In fact, it was tuned at the famed Nürburgring in Nürburg, Germany.

Kia key features

  • Versatile
  • Luxurious
  • Light
  • Cost effective
  • Masterfully engineered
  • Tested at the Nürburgring
  • Has a “floating hood”
  • Great handling

The Nürburgring
At the Nürburgring, the Kia Stinger’s pro drivers communicated with engineers to achieve high-speed stability, the capability for drivers to track a line, and balance.

Weight distribution and powertrain placement
Engineers lowered the car’s center of gravity compared with previous models. They also placed the engine as low and as centered as possible.

Only the best
The interior of the 2018 Stinger uses top-tier materials.

The Stinger features premium-brand brakes and tires: Brembo brakes and Michelin tires.

A hatchback-style trunk opening
Going on a weekend getaway? The Kia Stinger is versatile. Use it as an everyday car or pack your bags and go on a trip!

Advantageous adhesive
The Stinger uses roughly 130 meters of industrial-strength adhesive, resulting in a stiff light body, increased safety, and great handling.

Former head of BMW’s M division was involved with the Stinger engineering
Albert Biermann, BMW M’s former VP of engineering, was involved with creating the car from about halfway through development.

From all of us at Thelen Kia, happy driving and stay safe!
